Pierry Software was a Salesforce Marketing Cloud agency, and my time there — though brief — meant building fast and building right. In three months, I developed a range of client email campaigns and templates for deployment in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, writing HTML, CSS, PHP, and AMPscript across a variety of client briefs. But beyond the production work, I was brought in to help professionalize how the team operated: formalizing their email development process, establishing standards and documentation that would make the work more consistent and scalable as the agency grew. Agency work teaches you to move quickly without losing quality. That's a skill I've found useful everywhere since.
